When the owner and investor of a local agents contacted us, they had worked with three (yes, THREE) other web development agencies over three years to develop an innovative online estate agency business offering low cost self upload and management of property details which then automatically interfaced with Rightmove, Zoopla and other property portals.
However, despite the involvement of three other agencies the system simply did not work. Our remit was therefore to fix a technically complex system and also optimise it in such a way to improve traffic and maximise conversion.

Solution
The solution was a new dedicated system and client control panel allowing for greater ease of managing properties together with a fully responsive design template compatible with all mobile and tablet variations.
Additionally, we then had to optimise the architecture of the website to give greater organic rankings in Google as well as feed to other portals. Beyond that we had to supply additional training for the client and detailed manuals for the client to work from when advising customers on how to use.
Result
A much improved customer experience allowing improved accessibility for both the client and the end customer in managing properties within the system.
A combination of SEO, PPC and social media advertising has then delivered a two-fold increase traffic for target business over like for like periods.
