When Garside Waddingham approached us they had a simple brochure website with no interactive element and virtually no traffic from any source. They also had a complex offering involving key-words such as; estate agents (customers looking to sell), houses for sale (people looking to buy),lettings agents (people looking to let), houses to rent/let (people looking to rent) as well as a surveying business. Additionally, they had a domestic and commercial side to the business. Consequently, this involved a lot of keyword variation staking account of their coverage across most of the North West.
New keywords introduced into the online marketing campaign over 3 years.
A new website was designed with a ground-up approach to the SEO strategy and such that it would automatically interface with Vebra, Right Move, and Zoopla. A wholly ethical approach was taken to the strategy with a page for each combination of location and service supported with properties to view and automatically displayed from the Vebra estate agency CRM system. A slightly different approach was then applied to the SEO strategy for three parts of the business for sales, each of lettings and surveying.
Over a 5 year period, the site came to dominate rankings in Google for the surveying side of the business across the whole of the North West. Like-wise it dominated rankings for the estate agency and lettings side of the business in Preston and punch well above its weight further afield. In total, the traffic to the website increased steadily from its original level.
