The Online Estate Agents market properties across the North West but unlike many they offer online advertising and selling features that many others do not. Their buyers and tenants often come from much further afield meaning UK wide exposure is essential.

Brief & Idea
The initial brief was to rebuild and redevelop a bespoke property management and property advertising system that simply did not function as desired. This bespoke website development would then align with a new website design and search engine optimisation strategy moving forward.
The new bespoke management facility has many features including bespoke property management facilities, property feeds (to Rightmove and Zoopla), custom customer management facilities, bespoke admin management facilities, news article management facilities and automated brochure creation facilities.
The website design had to align and integrate with the newly developed bespoke content management system as well as being mobile friendly (responsive website design), provide a bespoke customer interface (signup and management facility) and bespoke pricing options and features. We also carried out a full overhaul on the SEO in terms of external activity, internal activity, code optmisation and onsite content.
The new website and bespoke website development represents our clients ambition to not only compete but dominate the local online property and estate agent industry.
Result
The result… a website based on unique bespoke software developed for property management, Rightmove/Zoopla integration and multi-location SEO.
The new website also featured a new design, mobile friendly layout with an updated content management system.
As part of the development a variety of functionality and code enhancements have been applied to improve usability, functionality, management and optimisation.
The project was a great success in terms of creating an easy to use system that not only integrates with Rightmove and Zoopla, but also improved organic traffic and generated increased sales/conversions.
